Products and orders
Please review the product description, size information, delivery details and total price before ordering. Product photographs are intended to show items accurately, although screen settings can affect how colours appear. This does not limit your rights if goods do not match their description.
Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment details. After you place an order, we send an order confirmation to the email address you provide. If an item becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and refund any payment for the unfulfilled items. We will not substitute an item or increase an agreed price without your consent.
Prices and payment
The applicable currency, item prices, discounts, taxes and delivery charges are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Price changes on the website do not change an order already agreed with you.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
Delivery information is set out in our Shipping Policy. You may notify us of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order, with a further 14 days to send the goods back after your notice. Customers pay ordinary change-of-mind return postage. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
You may also notify us of cancellation before delivery. If the parcel has already been dispatched, we may be unable to stop it in transit; your withdrawal rights still apply.
Faulty or incorrect goods
We are responsible for defects in goods under applicable consumer protection law. Contact alteire.official@gmail.com if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Please include your order number and a description of the issue; photographs can help us assess it. Available remedies may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund, as required by law. Necessary costs of resolving a defect are not charged to you. These rights are not limited to our 14-day return period.
Using the website
Use the website lawfully and do not attempt to compromise its security, misuse another person's details or interfere with its operation. Content, photographs, designs and branding belong to Alteiré or their respective rights holders. Commercial reuse requires the relevant permission.

Complaints and applicable law
Please contact us first if you have a complaint. If we cannot resolve it together, consumers may seek help from the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services and may refer an eligible dispute to the Consumer Disputes Board.
Finnish law applies to these terms, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections applicable in your country of residence. Nothing here excludes liability or restricts access to courts or remedies where doing so would be unlawful.
Changes to these terms
Updated terms may be published on this page for future orders. The terms applicable when you placed your order continue to apply to that purchase unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
