Delivery destinations and costs
Available delivery destinations, shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Any free-shipping offer applies only when its stated conditions are met.
Estimated delivery times
- Europe: approximately 7–14 business days.
- Other available international destinations: approximately 14 business days.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are our standard delivery estimates unless a different delivery time is clearly stated for the product or agreed at checkout. Pre-order or other product-specific delivery information takes precedence when disclosed before you order.
Tracking your order
Orders are sent with tracked shipping. Tracking information is provided when your shipment is dispatched and may take time to update after the carrier receives the parcel.
Delivery details and delays
Please check your delivery address before placing your order. If a correction is needed, contact alteire.official@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will try to update it before dispatch.
If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate solution. Delivery estimates do not remove your statutory rights if delivery is late or goods are lost before you receive them.
International charges
For destinations where import duties or local import taxes apply, check the information shown at checkout. Amounts collected at checkout are identified there. Where such charges are not collected by us, the destination's customs authority or carrier may collect them from you.
Returns
We offer a 14-day withdrawal period. Customers pay the direct cost of ordinary change-of-mind return shipping. See our Return and Refund Policy for the process, deadlines and exceptions for faulty or incorrect items.
