14-day returns
You can withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason by notifying us within 14 days after you, or someone you nominate other than the carrier, receives your order. If items from one order arrive separately, the period starts after the last item is received. You may also cancel before delivery. Any statutory extension of the deadline, including for weekends or public holidays, applies.
How to arrange a return
Email alteire.official@gmail.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel or return your purchase. Include your order number and the items you wish to return so we can identify your order and provide the return address and instructions. You may use the optional withdrawal form below, but it is not required. Exercising your right of withdrawal does not depend on our approval.
Send the items back within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. Please contact us promptly for the correct return destination and do not send items to an address printed on the delivery parcel without checking it with us. Keep your postage receipt; we recommend a tracked service. Not collecting a parcel or returning it without a clear withdrawal notice is not, by itself, a cancellation.
Return shipping costs
You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping when you change your mind, including when the size or style is not right for you. You arrange and pay for your own return postage. We do not charge a restocking or return administration fee.
If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or different from what you ordered, contact us before posting it back. We will cover the necessary return shipping costs for a confirmed fault or our error. Your statutory rights for defective goods are separate from the 14-day change-of-mind return period.
Condition of returned items
You may inspect and try on an item as you would in a shop to check its nature, characteristics and fit. Please take reasonable care of it and return any included accessories, tags and packaging where available. If handling goes beyond what is necessary to inspect the item and reduces its value, we may deduct that actual reduction from your refund, as permitted by law. Missing packaging alone does not remove your statutory right to withdraw.
Sale items have the same statutory withdrawal rights as full-price items.
Refunds
We will refund you without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.
If you cancel your entire order, the refund includes the original standard delivery charge. Any additional amount paid for a more expensive delivery option is not refundable. Refunds are made to the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the credit.
Exchanges
For a different size or item, return your original purchase under this policy and place a new order. Availability and the price shown when you place the new order apply.
