REFUND & RETURN POLICY

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, no questions asked. This is in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

How to return Email us at alteire.official@gmail.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery. We'll send you return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Conditions Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

Shipping costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or wrong items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours at alteire.official@gmail.comwith photos and we'll make it right immediately.
